Chief Commissioner Gibney outlines the multiple roles played by the organization and its commissioners, as well as describing how IHREC interacts with Irish society – from the Government to Civil Society and beyond – which is particularly relevant to Learning Outcomes 5.4 and 5.5 of the Subject Specification.
